Initial Challenge: T300 Carbon Fiber

Our first prototype used T300 carbon fiber prepreg with a roll-wrapped process. While T300 is strong, testing revealed a radial load limit of 300kg—insufficient for the client’s needs.

Breakthrough: T700 Carbon Fiber & Advanced Layup Design

To meet the 600kg radial load requirement, we upgraded to high-modulus T700 carbon fiber and optimized the fiber layup structure. The result? A lightweight yet ultra-strong carbon fiber tube that withstands extreme forces without deformation.
