Production process

Pultruded fiberglass profiles are manufactured using the pultrusion process, in which continuous strands of roving, mats, tapes, or fabrics—impregnated with resin—are pulled through a heated mold. Under constant traction, the materials are shaped, cured, and continuously formed into fiberglass profiles of unlimited length.
